Cable and pipe ploughing

- Flexible cable and pipe conduit maximum 280mm diameter per trench;

- Rigid pipes maximum 600mm diameter

  (relining in individual lengths of approx.

  300m);

- Laying combinations of numerous pipes

  and cables possible in one operation;

- Even several lightening protection and/or

  cable line warnings strips can be installed

  in one work process where required;

- Laying depths of up to 225 cm;

- Back filling with sand for pipes and cables possible;

- Laying performance 1.000m to 5000 m per day;

- Ploughing is applicable in soul classifications DIN 2 to 6 (boggy soil to soll with loose rocks);

- Our ploughing systems can cope with slopes up to 70%.

Horizontal directional flush drilling 

Especially in case there is a need for (undercrossing) underpassing streets, railways, flood-relief channels (Hochwasserkanäle), waters or the surface is not allowed to be damaged, there is no way for the plug.

With our advanced orizontal drilling machines (devices) having different versions  and performance parameters are we able to lay not only in town but also out of town PE-HD, steel and cast steel pipes with dimeters of up to 600mm and  lengths of up to 600m, rapidly and cost-effective.

• Underpassing waters, streets, rail ways;
• Underpassing banks (scarps) and inclinations;
• Protected landscapes;
• Laying (of pipes and cables) in town including house connection lines.

The method we apply for drilling is the controlled pipe propulsion, thereby dissolving softly the bottom set beds by using a water jet.
